Regener-Eyes Refund and Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

Eligibility for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at sales@regenereyes.com. Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchanges, including:

  • Personal care goods, such as beauty products.
  • Custom products or special orders.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchange Process

The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return your current item for an exchange. Once the return is approved and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item if necessary. We do not offer refunds.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be returned in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
