At Regener-Eyes, we aim to provide flexibility and transparency with your orders. Below is our policy on how you can change or cancel subscriptions.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

• Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you opt to pay in advance.
• Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
• You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails will contain links to manage your subscription.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, but exchanges are available.
